Sophie (she/her) is a soundscape researcher and lecturer interested in how we listen to and experience sound in everyday environments, and how we can design for that listening experience. Sophie lectures in sound-focused design courses at RMIT. She also works as an acoustic consultant at Arup, applying soundscape principles to engineering problems.
